<li>3/4 cup all-purpose flour</li>
<li>3/4 cup baking cocoa</li>
<li>1/4 tsp salt</li>
<li>1/2 cup butter</li>
<li>1/2 cup sugar</li>
<li>1/2 cup packed brown sugar</li>
<li>3 eggs</li>
<li>2 tsp vanilla</li>
<li>3/4 cup white chocolate baking chips</li>
<li>1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping</li>
<li>3/4 cup semi-sweet baking chips</li>
</ul>
<p>Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 8 inch square pan.</p>
<p>Combine flour, cocoa, and salt and set aside. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add two eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla extract, mix well. Add flour mixture gradually. Pour about 2/3 of the batter into the pan and sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the top. Pour the caramel over this. Add the remaining egg to the remaining 1/3 of the batter and mix well. Stir in semi-sweet chips. Spread over the caramel topping.</p>
<p>Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Try not to eat it all at once.</p>
